Your First Visit

Please complete the medical / dental information sheet and bring this to the initial visit.

At the initial appointment we will have a chance to get acquainted, and will determine if there is a need for orthodontic treatment. Many of your questions can be answered at this appointment, and we encourage you to ask about any of your concerns.

If orthodontic treatment is indicated, a second, longer appointment will be arrange to acquire the necessary diagnostic information. For your convenience, this appointment may be available following the initial examination.

The next visit is a conference designed to acquaint you, in detail, with the nature and extent of the orthodontic problem and plan of treatment based upon all the information gathered. When possible it is desirable to have both parents present, so objectives, methods and duration of treatment and financial arrangements may be clearly defined. We also welcome any other related questions at this time.
