Contests & Special Events

Our patients really enjoy taking part in our monthly contests. Maybe you can be a Chikes Orthodontics STAR.

Monthly Contests:

Good Oral Hygiene - 1 winner chosen monthly from those patients who have good oral hygiene at their appointments. (prizes change monthly).

T-Shirt Wear - 1 winner chosen monthly from all patients who wear their Chikes Orthodontics T- Shirt to their appointment. (prizes change monthly).

Guessing Game - Patients guess how many of a certain item are in a jar at the patient sign in desk. (prizes change monthly).

Examples of prizes we've had: Gift certificates to restaurants, gift certificates to a bowling alley, movie tickets, games, video games, movie and popcorn gift basket, a dozen roses for moms, car cleaning supplies for dads, Hershey Park tickets, Bicycles, Back packs filled with school supplies.
 

October 2011:
Good Oral Hygiene Winners: - Bethany Nolt, Delvin Zimmerman, Valarie Musser, Lisa Witman, Joanna Wise, Payton Martin, Darren Houston, Emily Shirk. Each won a dozen roses for their mothers.

"Chikes" T Shirt Winner: Adam Zimmerman. Adam won a gift certificate to Dutch Lanes Bowling.

November 2011:
Thanksgiving Food Drive Winners: - Kristen Wenrich, Daniel Fieger, Karissa Zimmerman. Each won a gift certificate to Pizza Hut.

"Candy Corn" Guessing Game Winers: - Darlene Hoover. Darlene won a gift certificate to Park City.

December 2011:
Good Oral Hygiene: - Allison Metzler. Allison won a winter goodie bag.
Chikes T-Shirt Winner: - Lauren Buch. Lauren won a winter goodie basket.
"X-Mas Ball" Guessing Game: - Claire Magill. Claire won a winter goodie bag.
